Anne M. Schuster - Experience

I have been preparing personal tax returns since 1974. I began my career in New York City, and moved to California in 1979, where I continued preparing tax returns while working for a Los Angeles law firm.

In 1981 I moved to the Palm Springs, CA, and began working with a CPA. By 1983 I started my own business, Bookkeepers Plus, gaining even more experience in the preparation of individual tax returns. I've worked with clients from all walks of life, and I'm always seeking the best way to save them money on their taxes.

In 2000 I decided to leave California, and moved to Springfield, Oregon. Much to my delight, approximately 125 tax clients decided to stay with me, and I handle their tax preparation by postal mail, faxing, and e-mail.

I maintain my Tax Preparer's License in California and continue to work with my clients. Every year I take a trip to Palm Springs for a week and meet with as many of my clients as I can. I decided to pursue my licensing in Oregon, and after taking the necessary tests, became a Licensed Tax Consultant for the State of Oregon.

I have clients from many states as they have chosen to stay with me even when they have moved to another part of the country. I have never shied away from taking on the IRS in fighting for my clients.

My experience includes the preparation of all 1040 forms, plus all necessary schedules, as well as out of state returns, at very reasonable price. I offer an extremely personal service to all of my clients.
